Clear information. Practical decisions.
Use the quotation to understand
the proposed next step.
A clear proposal should relate to the existing shutter and the fault assessed. Ask which work is included and what it is intended to address. If an occupier, agent and owner are all involved, identify who should receive the quotation and who can authorise work so the decision is made with the relevant information.
Servicing and maintenance can also be discussed for shutters that are still operating. Tell us about recurring concerns, how frequently the entrance is used and whether other systems at the property are included. Where a repair is unsuitable, like-for-like replacement can be considered, with the reason and proposed scope explained before approval.
Our existing surrounding coverage includes Bromley, Chislehurst and other locations in the coverage directory. For a separate property, provide its own full postcode and access details rather than assuming the same arrangements apply to every site.
