Clear information. Practical decisions.
Separate the immediate issue
from the longer-term requirement.
If the entrance is currently unusable or insecure, start by explaining that immediate effect. If the shutter still works but is becoming unreliable, describe the recurring behaviour and the operating requirements of the premises. This helps distinguish an urgent attendance discussion from an enquiry about planned repairs or servicing.
For premises managed on behalf of an occupier, identify who can approve the proposed work and who can meet the engineer. Where more than one shutter is involved, say which entrance has a current fault and which systems are included in a maintenance enquiry. Treating those requirements separately makes the scope easier to understand.
Our existing coverage also includes Tonbridge, West Malling and Shoreham. The coverage directory lists further locations. Give the precise postcode for each premises when discussing attendance rather than relying on a town name alone.
